By booking this property, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
ID Required: A government-issued photo ID must be sent via text/email and verified within 24 hours of booking. Failure to provide ID will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign our Digital Rental Agreement which will be included on invoice before arrival.
Strict Occupancy: This home is limited to a maximum of 6 guests. This is a Barber County fire safety regulation.
Unregistered Guests: No visitors are allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. If more than the booked number of guests are found on-site, the stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
No Parties or Events: Any gathering of more than the registered number of guests is considered a "party."
Exterior Cameras: For your safety and the security of our home, exterior security cameras are located at the front and back entrances. These are monitored 24/7. Any attempt to tamper with, cover, or disconnect cameras will result in immediate eviction.
No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind (including cannabis and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoke residue is found.
Pets: No Pets Allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee per animal.
Damages: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacements.
